Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Idaho Hemp Processing order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at idahohempprocessing@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Because our bedding, nesting pads, pellets, crumble, and nesting fiber are consumable farm products, we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds on opened bags. This policy protects the quality and safety of the products we sell. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed. Questions about an order?
